§ 111.30 SERVICE COMPLAINTS.
   The staff shall receive any complaints from citizens regarding a collector's solid waste collection service that are submitted in writing. The staff shall maintain a register for the collector and every complaint received will be noted on the applicable collector's register. The register will reflect identification of the complainant, his or her address, the nature of the complaint and the action taken thereon.
    Upon receipt of the complaint the staff shall immediately notify the collector and if the staff finds the complaint to be justified the collector shall be required to immediately take appropriate corrective action in regard thereto. The collector shall report to the staff the corrective action taken within one (1) working day thereafter.
