(A) Mobile homes must be five (5) years or newer.
(B) Mobile homes must be a muted earth tone in color. ARB approval is required.
(C) Property must be a minimum of one-half (1/2) acre. A plot plan is required.
(D) A service pole must be located behind the mobile home and not be visible from road.
(E) Rented mobile homes must be occupied by no more than three (3) unrelated adults.
(F) The setup operator must have a business license and a business permit.
