§ 152.250 PERMITTING.
   No mobile home may be placed on any property or lot without first obtaining a permit. Permits must be approved by the Town of South Congaree before any work is started. Obtaining a mobile home permit requires the following:
   (A)   Zoning verification from Town Hall;
   (B)   If a septic tank is required, application for the septic tank will be made through DHEC, and a copy of that permit must be submitted to the department upon application for a mobile home permit;
   (C)   Provide two (2) copies of recordable plat of the proposed site, which shall include landscaping, illustrations of any right-of-ways, easements, streets, buildings and drainage areas;
   (D)   Submit a notarized letter of intent;
   (E)   Submit copies of bill of sale and title registration forms;
   (F)   If the mobile home is new, provide a brochure of the purchased mobile home and underpinning. If pre-owned, provide photos of all sides of mobile home and a sample of the underpinning; and
   (G)   Approval by the Planning Commission.
