§ 152.071 REVOCATION.
   (A)   When the License Official determines that the following apply, the License Official shall give written notice to the licensee or the person in control of the business within the municipality by personal service or certified mail that the license is suspended pending an appeal of revocation by the licensee, which must be submitted in writing to the License Official within ten (10) days of the date of personal service or certified mailing. The notice of suspension shall contain a brief statement of the reasons for suspension and proposed revocation and a copy of the applicable provisions of this chapter. Should no appeal be filed, revocation will be effective on the eleventh day following the date of personal or certified mail notice of suspension and proposed revocation:
      (1)   A license has been mistakenly or improperly issued or issued contrary to law;
      (2)   A licensee has breached any condition upon which the license was issued or has failed to comply with the provisions of this chapter;
      (3)   A licensee has obtained a license through fraud, misrepresentation, a false or misleading statement, or evasion or suppression of a material fact in the license application;
      (4)   A licensee has been convicted of an offense under a law or ordinance regulating business, a crime involving moral turpitude, or an unlawful sale of merchandise or prohibited goods; or
      (5)   A licensee has engaged in an unlawful activity or nuisance related to the business.
   (B)   Provision to revoke license based on excessive use of municipal resources. Five or more law enforcement call outs in 12 months for domestic violence, drugs, code violations on the same lot, and/or felony warrants.
   (C)   When a permit to operate a mobile home park has been revoked by the town, the park owner shall notify all occupants of the revocation and give notice that they must leave the park within 30 days after the hearing.
