In order to construct, alter or expand a mobile home park, a developer must secure the appropriate approval for the site plan and construction drawing from the Planning Commission. An application form and a $100 fee shall accompany the site plans. The plans must comply with the provisions of § 152.016. The construction drawing must be approved before a building permit can be issued. These approved plans must be implemented and completed within a two (2) year time period after certification from the Planning Commission.
