(A) A liquor store must be separated by at least 1,000 feet from all of the following:
(1) A church or religious institution and all other church or religious institute uses;
(2) Public parks and recreational facilities;
(3) All daycare/preschool uses;
(4) All school uses (elementary, middle/ junior, or senior high); and
(5) All public parks.
(B) A new liquor store cannot open within 1,000 feet of an existing liquor store.
(C) A liquor store shall be located in C-1 District only.
