§ 115.14 LOCATION RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   Pawn shop cannot locate within 1,000 feet of churches, homes, schools and public parks.
   (B)   Pawn shop cannot open within 1,000 feet of other pawn shops or alternative lending companies, such as title loan and payday lending businesses or debt collection companies.
