§ 95.03 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT.

Application for a parade permit shall be made to the Town Council at least 30 days prior to the time of the proposed parade. The application shall show the streets proposed to the used, the approximate number of participants and/or vehicles and the proposed time of the parade.
