§ 34.16 VOLUNTEER DEPARTMENT; NUMBER OF FIREFIGHTERS.
   (A)   The Fire Department of the town is a volunteer Fire Department which has in its employ not more than two full-time salaried firefighters, and not less than 12 or more than 20 volunteer firefighters.
   (B)   For the purpose of this subchapter, a VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTER shall be considered as one who is enrolled as a member of the Fire Department and who serves in that capacity without receiving a regular salary.
