§ 34.15 FIRE DEPARTMENT CREATED; CHIEF.
   There is a Fire Department, the head of which is the Chief of the Fire Department or Fire Chief, appointed by the town’s Board of Trustees, and removable by the Trustees. The Chief of the Fire Department is an officer of the town and has supervision and control of the Fire Department.
