§ 153.01 CREATION; MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   A Planning Commission is hereby created for the town. It shall consist of five appointive members, all of whom shall be residents of the town, and the Mayor and the Town Engineer (if any) as ex officio members.
   (B)   The appointive members shall be nominated by the Mayor and appointed by the Board of Trustees and shall serve for terms of three years. Of the original appointive members, one shall serve for a term of one year, two shall serve for a term of two years, and two shall serve for a term of three years.
   (C)   Vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired terms.
   (D)   The members shall serve without compensation.
   (E)   The town’s Board of Trustees may remove members of the town’s Planning Commission for cause.
