These flood damage prevention provisions are not intended to repeal, abrogate, or impair any existing easements, covenants, or deed restrictions. However, where these provisions and other ordinances, easements, covenants, or deed restrictions conflict or overlap, whichever imposes the more stringent restrictions shall prevail.
