§ 151.01 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   The legislature of the state has in the state’s Floodplain Management Act, 82 O.S. §§ 1601 through 1620.1 delegated the responsibility of local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to minimize flood losses. Therefore, the town does ordain these flood damage prevention provisions.
