§ 150.051 NATIONAL ELECTRIC CODE.
   (A)   All installations of electrical equipment shall be in conformity with the provisions of this subchapter, with the statutes of the state and any orders, rules, and regulations issued by authority thereof, and with approved electrical standards for safety to persons and property.
   (B)   Where no specific standards are prescribed by this subchapter or by the statutes of the state or by any orders, rules, or regulations issued by authority thereof, conformity with the regulations set forth in the current issue of the National Electrical Code as approved by the American Insurance Association, shall be prima facie evidence of conformity with approved standards for safety to persons or to property.
