§ 150.016 ADDITIONS AND CHANGES TO BUILDING CODE.

   The following sections of the International Building Code are hereby revised:

Section	Revision
§ 100.1	Insert “Town of South Coffeyville”
§ 114.3.1	Insert: “The fee schedule shall be in accordance with Sections 5-108 of the town code, or as may be set or amended by ordinance or resolution”
§ 117.4	Insert: “offense, punishable by fine and imprisonment as provided in § 10.99 of the town code of ordinances.”
§ 118.2	Insert: “fine as provided in § 10.99 of the town code of ordinances.”
§ 123.3	Insert: “as set by the town Board of Trustees.”
§ 501.2	Insert: “the boundaries of the fire limits as provided in the town code of ordinances.”
§ 1807.2.1 and 1807.22	Insert: “a number of feet to be determined by the town Board of Trustees by motion or resolution.” in both locations
§ 1906.1	Insert: “amounts as set by the town Board of Trustees by motion or resolution.”
