§ 132.03 FIREWORKS REGULATED.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, FIREWORKS shall have the meaning prescribed by 68 O.S. § 1622.
   (B)   The purchase, sale, offer for sale, use, discharge, ignition, or possession of fireworks within the corporate limits of the town is hereby prohibited except for:
      (1)   Authorized public displays approved by the town in accordance with its Fire Prevention Code;
      (2)   No person shall offer fireworks for sale to residents of the state at retail before June 15 or after July 5 and before December 15 or after January 1 of each year; and
      (3)   Ignition, use, or discharge may take place on June 15 through July 5, and December 31 and January 1 of each year. Inside the town limits, hours of ignition, use, or discharge will be Sunday through Thursday excluding July 3 and 4 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday, and including (July 3 and 4) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. December 31 and January 1 between the hours of 9:00 p.m. on the 31 and 12:30 a.m. on January 1, of each year.
   (C)   No sales or stands may take place on town property without approval by the Town Board.
