§ 94.39 WORK DONE BY EMPLOYEES OR CONTRACT.
   The work ordered to be performed under § 94.38 may be done by the employees of the town under supervision of the town’s Utility or Sanitation Department, or it may be let by contract to the lowest and best bidder, after appropriate notice, in the manner for letting other contracts.
