§ 91.13 INTERFERENCE, COERCION, OR INTIMIDATION.
   It shall be unlawful to coerce, intimidate, threaten, or interfere with any person in the exercise or enjoyment of, or an account of his, her, or their having exercised or enjoyed, or on account of his, her, or their having aided or encouraged any other person in the exercise or enjoyment of, any right granted or protected by sections §§ 91.03 through 91.06. This section may be enforced by appropriate civil action.
