§ 90.35 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   HEALTH OFFICER. The director of the county’s Health Department or his, her, or their authorized agent.
   KEEPER or PERSON. Any person, firm, or corporation owning or actually keeping, having, using, or maintaining any of the animals herein referred to.
   LARGE ANIMALS. Horses, mules, donkeys, cattle, goats, sheep, or any other animal of similar size or stature.
   PERMIT. The permit issued by the Town Clerk-Treasurer upon approval of the town’s Health Officer.
   RAT-PROOF. A state of being constructed so as to effectively prevent entry of rats.
   SMALL ANIMALS. Rabbits, hares, guinea pigs, chinchillas, ducks, hamsters, pigeons (except homing pigeons), or any other animal of similar size or stature.
