The Board of Trustees may determine upon what streets angle parking is permitted and shall direct the marking or signing of the streets. Angle parking shall not be indicated or permitted at any place where passing traffic would thereby be caused or required to drive upon the left side of the street. ANGLE PARKING, for the purpose of this section, shall mean parking at the curb at approximately a 45-degree angle between the right side of the vehicle and the curb.
