§ 71.18 ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE.
   (A)   All-terrain vehicles shall not be operated on any town highways, streets, alleys, or any town-owned property, unless the ATV is owned by the town or an entity of the town, and is being operated for town business.
   (B)   At no time can a town-owned all-terrain vehicle be used for recreational purpose inside the limits of the town. Operation can occur during daylight hours only.
