The provisions of the state’s Motor Vehicle Code, 47 O.S. §§ 1-1-1 et seq., and the Rules of the Road, 47 O.S. §§ 10-101 et seq., are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference, and are enforceable by the town within the town limits as fully as if set out at length herein.
