§ 54.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who shall fail and refuse to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500 maximum per § 10.99 of the town’s code of ordinances and/or incarceration in the county jail for not more than 30 days.
