§ 54.05 ELECTRICAL GENERATION GUIDELINES.
   (A)   NET METERING by definition is a single meter at the point of delivery that measures the amount of power the customer uses in the forwarded direction and the same meter measures any excess amount generated by the customer which is not consumed by the customer in the reverse direction.
   (B)   The customer owned grid connected electric generation system sets forth the requirements and conditions for interconnected non-utility owned generation where such generation may be connected for a parallel operation with the town’s electrical system.
   (C)   Generating systems will be permitted to interconnect to the town’s electric distribution system at the service level voltage only after a determination by the town that such interconnection will not interfere with the operation of the distribution or transmission system and that such interconnection ensures the safety of town’s employees and customers.
