(A) Any person who connects to the sewers of the town in violation of this chapter or any other ordinance of the town or of the laws of the state will be denied further sewer service until such ordinances and laws are complied with.
(B) It is the duty of the Plumbing Inspector or other person designated by the town Board of Trustees to disconnect any sewers which have not been constructed in accordance with the town’s Plumbing Code or connected in compliance with the ordinances and laws.
