§ 50.26 METERING ADJUSTMENT.
   When the Department installs a primary meter that does not compensate for transformer losses, the customer’s total bill including fuel adjustment and reactive power adjustment shall be decreased by 2%. No discount is allowed when the Department furnishes more than one transformer bank.
