§ 50.24 MINIMUM BILL.
   Determined either by customer projected KW demand or measured KW demand at discretion of the town.
   Minimum bill:
      Contract KW: 425
      Minimum bill $2,400
The minimum will be the greater of $2,400 (before fuel and taxes) or the industrial non-demand primary service rate.
