§ 50.01 APPLICATION FOR UTILITY SERVICE.
   Every person, firm, or corporation desiring to have his, her, or their premises connected with any of the town’s utilities, water, sewer, electric, or trash collection, shall make application and sign a contract therefor upon a printed form to be furnished for that purpose, and shall pay the regular fees and deposits for installation of the service.
