§ 35.45 DEDUCTION FROM FINES FOR TRAINING FUND.
   Beginning October 1, 1983, for every fine of $10 or more collected by the Municipal Court, $2 shall be set aside for the state’s Law Enforcement Officers Training Fund. The Town Treasurer beginning January 1, 1984, and every quarter thereafter, shall deposit the monies set aside from the previous quarter pursuant to the first sentence of this section into the state’s Law Enforcement Officers Training Fund.
