705.09 UNLICENSED JUNK YARD DECLARED NUISANCE.
   In addition to other remedies provided in this article, it is hereby determined that an unlicensed junk yard is a nuisance. The City may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for an injunction to abate such nuisance.
