(a) A copy of the City's letter of endorsement of the affirmative action program and the plan shall be provided to all employees, present and future. The Mayor, Council, department heads and administrative officers shall be advised of the importance of this instrument and the need for full cooperation in carrying it out.
(b) Copies of the City's affirmative action plan shall be made available to concerned agencies requesting it. Public announcement shall be made through the news media.
(c) In the local community, recruitment sources shall be provided with copies of the affirmative action plan.
