This Title, regulating the subdivision of land, is hereby made a part of the Official Plan of South Barrington and contiguous areas. 1 It is to provide for:
A. The harmonious development of the Village and its environs.
B. The coordination of streets within new subdivisions with other existing or planned streets.
C. The dedication and acceptance of land required for schools, parks, playgrounds and other public uses.
D. The preparation of subdivision plans and the procedure for the submittal, approval and recording of subdivision plats in and about the Village, in accordance with the authority vested in the Municipality under the provisions of the "Revised Cities and Villages Act" of the State of Illinois. 2 (Ord. 0-77-57A, 2-9-77)
