A. It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale in the village any alcoholic liquor without having a valid village retail liquor license and a valid state of Illinois retail liquor license.
B. The provisions of subsection A of this section notwithstanding alcoholic liquor may be delivered and consumed, but not sold, on the premises of that property commonly known as the South Barrington Village Hall, 30 S. Barrington Road, South Barrington, Illinois, for special events as may be authorized, in writing, by the local liquor control commissioner of the village of South Barrington.
