8-7-13: USE OF THE SYSTEM:

Whenever a lawn sprinkling system is installed, replaced or repaired requiring a permit under this chapter, the water to the system shall be left off by the plumber doing the work and it shall be unlawful for any person to turn on the water and use the system until a certificate of inspection is issued by the plumbing inspector. (Ord. 99-572, 5-13-1999)
