8-7-8: APPROVAL OF APPLICATION:

All applications, plans and specifications required to be submitted by this chapter shall be examined and, if found to be in compliance with the provisions of this chapter, approved by the plumbing inspector. Upon approval, provided that the required fees and deposits have been paid, the plumbing inspector shall issue a permit to the applicant. (Ord. 99-572, 5-13-1999)
