It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to install, replace or repair a lawn sprinkling system within the village without having first obtained a permit therefor pursuant to this chapter. This permit shall be in addition to any other permit required by this code. No permit shall be required for the making of minor repairs to the system downstream from the water supply connection unless a section of the water line is cut, removed or replaced.
