8-6-1: STORMWATER DETENTION REQUIREMENTS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to initiate the erection of any building unless there is compliance with requirements set forth in title 12, chapter 2 of this code. (Ord. 0-2015-1058, 3-19-2015)
