No direct connection shall be made to the sanitary sewer or septic system, and no drainage shall be made into or over a septic system. Clean, nonchlorinated, pH neutral water may be discharged to storm sewers or surface drainageways. No water shall be discharged into the stormwater drainage system containing any pollutant that causes or contributes to a violation of applicable water quality standards and such discharge shall not result in nuisance conditions, including, but not limited to, offensive color, odor, stagnant wet areas, or a breeding environment for insects.
