8-4-2: PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL POOLS REGULATED:
Every private residential swimming pool constructed or installed after the effective date hereof shall comply with all applicable provisions of this chapter and section 2-9 of the zoning ordinance. (Ord. 2010-905, 5-13-2010)
