8-3-5: BARBED WIRE; ELECTRICALLY CHARGED FENCES:

The construction, installation, maintenance or use of barbed wire or electrically charged fences is prohibited in all residential zoning districts. Invisible dog fences shall be allowed in all residential zoning districts but shall not be installed over utility easements. (Ord. 0-2017-1147, 3-9-2017)
