A. Windows; Floor Grade: Each room, other than a utility room, storage room, or basement room, shall have exterior wall windows on at least one wall. PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and vinyl framed windows shall not be permitted. The floor level of each such room shall be not lower than the finished grade at any such exterior wall. B. Fire Resistant Walls: All walls and ceilings shall be constructed of materials having a fire resistance rating of not less than forty five (45) minutes, based on the Underwriters Laboratory Building Material list dated January 1963.
C. Number Of Bathrooms: There shall be not less than one bathroom for each two (2) bedrooms in each residential building.
D. Underground Wiring: No new building shall hereafter be constructed in the Village without the furnishing of underground electric wiring and underground telephone wiring; no overhead wiring shall be permitted to any new building.
E. Guesthouse: Each guesthouse constructed or occupied in the Village shall have water and sewage facilities, including a toilet. Each guesthouse to be constructed shall have a maximum of five hundred (500) square feet of floor area. (Ord. 0-71-12, 3-11-1971)
