This chapter, including the rules and regulations it adopts by reference, is entitled the BUILDING ORDINANCE and shall be referred to herein as "this chapter". The number or letter designations used to set off or identify its various parts refer to sections, subsections, paragraphs, rules, regulations or other divisions as the text or arrangement may indicate.
