2-1-3: ORGANIZATION:
Upon the appointment of the Plan Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals and within a reasonable time thereafter, the President shall designate one of the number to serve as chairman. At the first meeting, the Plan Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals shall adopt such reasonable rules and regulations of the governing thereof. (Ord. 0-77-57A, 2-9-1977; 1992 Code)
