A Plan Commission is hereby created and established for the Village. Such Commission shall consist of seven (7) members. (Ord. 0-77-57A, 2-9-1977)
The Plan Commission shall act and is hereby constituted as the Board of Appeals of the Village, and said Commission shall hereafter be designated as the Plan Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals.
In addition to its duties as the Plan Commission, the Plan Commission, in its capacity as the Board of Appeals, shall have such duties and powers as are granted to it by the Zoning Ordinance of the Village and by such other ordinances as may be adopted by the President and Board of Trustees.
