Within sixty (60) days after the completion of construction, the permittee shall furnish the village with one set of as built plans on Mylar, and three (3) copies thereof on sheets of twenty four inches by thirty six inches (24" x 36"), drawn at a scale of one inch to twenty feet (1":20') and certified to the village as accurately depicting the location of all facilities constructed pursuant to the permit.
