7-2-1: AUTHORITY:
This Chapter is enacted pursuant to the Village's home rule power to provide and implement procedures for making local improvements by special assessment, as set forth in article VII, section 6L of the Constitution of the State of Illinois, in force as of July 1, 1971. (Ord. 0-83-189, 11-10-1983)
