A. Discharge Of Wastewaters Prohibited: No person, firm, corporation or other entity shall discharge any sanitary waste or industrial wastewater into any storm sewer or drainage facility constructed as part of the Algonquin Road improvement, said limits of improvement being between Illinois Route 59 and Penny Road, and a portion of which passes through the village. B. Encroachment Prohibited: No person shall install, place, maintain or construct any structure that encroaches upon the state right of way on Algonquin Road within the limits of the village. (Ord. 0-97-507, 1-9-1997)
C. Parking Prohibited: Parking shall not be permitted along Algonquin Road from Illinois Route 59 to Penny Road within the village limits.
The village board will prohibit future parking at such locations on or immediately adjacent to Algonquin Road as may be determined and directed by the state to be necessary to ensure the free flow of traffic and safety to the motoring public. (Ord. 0-97-508, 1-9-1997)
