A. Parking Prohibited: Parking shall not be permitted along Barrington Road within the village limits.
B. Discharge Of Wastewaters Prohibited: No person shall discharge any sanitary waste or industrial wastewater into any storm sewer or drainage facility constructed as part of the Barrington Road - Central Road improvement, said limits of improvement being between Central Road relocated and Algonquin Road and a portion of which passes through the village.
The village clerk is authorized and directed to attach a copy of this subsection to the agreement dated October 27, 1988, by and between the state of Illinois and the village of South Barrington relative to the Barrington Road improvement. (Ord. 2016-1132, 10-10-2016)
C. Encroachment Prohibited: No person shall install, place, maintain or construct any structure that encroaches upon the state right of way on the Barrington Road improvement within the limits of the village.
The village clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attach a copy of this subsection to the agreement dated October 27, 1988, by and between the state of Illinois and the village of South Barrington relative to the improvement of the Barrington Road. (Ord. 0-88-315, 11-10-1988)
