A. Discharge Of Wastewaters Prohibited: It shall be unlawful to permit the discharge of sanitary or industrial wastewater into any highway drainage facility constructed as a part of that portion of FA Route 173, SBI Route 63, Illinois Route 72 (Higgins Road), within the limits of the village. B. Encroachments Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any person to erect or cause to be erected, to retain or cause to be retained, any encroachment within the limits of the project right of way or roadway right of way as described in subsection A of this section where no project right of way lines have been established. C. Parking Prohibited: It shall be unlawful to permit any vehicle to stand or to park any vehicle along both sides of that portion of Higgins Road or the proposed FA Route 173, SBI Route 63, Illinois Route 72, which is within the limits of the village, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with a policeman or traffic control device.
D. Penalties: Any person violating this section shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day during which said violation continues or exists.
