There is hereby adopted by the village of South Barrington and made a part of this code and incorporated herein by specific reference for the purpose of regulating and controlling traffic on the streets, within the village, the Illinois vehicle code being 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-100 et seq., together with all amendments thereto that may, from time to time, be adopted.
